I went with solid white on Agate with Bordeaux red belts and red roof. Silver wheels.

It is the Philly car, and I'm the second owner. However the guys at Singer are completely aces and flat out are treating me like the first owner. It's an unreal organization there.

I think the issue for me w/ Singer is that I have seen a lot of custom 911s done extremely well that cost nowhere near the price of a Singer and those cars remain Porsche not something else. If you have the coin the Singer is a great way to own a truly custom car that embodies several generations of air cooled Porsche ideas and features. I would rather go the R Gruppe route and have a little less custom high end detail and a more original Porsche (even if a lot more scruffy) for a lot less money. Just another POV.

I cannot argue the fact that many see the value in a $500K Singer 911---since I have not driven one, I will accept that there must be something to these very special cars and their pricing is based upon something of substance---not just another way for people to demonstrate having something others cannot...
