Default PTS 991.2 GT3 Questions

I might be jumping the gun a little bit, but I'm super excited that I will actually be getting a 991.2. Procrastinated a bit on the 991.1 and was kicking myself, but I'm glad I waited.

My current spec when the dealer put my build into the system was Miami Blue, but I've always dreamed of a viper green GT3. Anyone with more knowledge who can tell me the usual pricing for PTS?

Also I've been doing research all day I know there is RS Green (which may be viper green?), Green, signal green. Is viper green the darker green that everyone seems to like?

Thank You

This is Signal Green (on a 991 GT3 RS). I just saw this at local dealer this week....

RS Green isn't on current PTS list as far as I know. Viper green is.

Interesting. They honestly all look the same to me as far as google. Your pictures really help. I'm guessing Viper green is brighter? And Signal green is darker?

.... and here is Miami Blue shot in same location at same time.

And lava orange. All were side by side. Was a bit of a skittles day at the dealership...

Beautiful!!!

Decisions decisions. If PTS is only say 1,000 or 2,000 over miami blue I might just do it.

One note.... despite my best efforts to adjust exposure when shooting, I think my iPhone 7 Plus, despite having a very good camera, made the Miami blue look a little more blue (closer to Mexico blue) than it looked in real life. That is, in person, Miami blue tends to look a little more turquoise / greenish than bluish as it appears in my pics here). Lava orange is also hard to capture in pics. Cameras auto white balance tends to make it look a little more red by default unless you over expose it and then it looks more orange.

Last St I heard PTS was about $6K extra (msrp). Of course on secondary market PTS cars often have asking prices tens of thousands of dollars higher than non PTS equivalents. Depends on color choice though.

The instagram feed PTSRS is a good source for confirmed pics of many of these PTS colors. The guy who does that, Will Lee, has another similar instagram feed called Club 911 R that specializes in pics of PTS 911 R's. See that also.

This is probably my favorite approved PTS green color, Gelbrün (also called "Yellow Green", NOT "Green Yellow", which is actually a totally different color)...

Just puts a smile on my face whenever I see it...

Lol. You guys are seriously causing my head to spin. I'm just imagining all these greens on my .2 and decisions have been made tougher.

The best move you can make is ensure you get a PTS slot reserved ASAP. I was normally able to do this before I received my actual allocation. Make sure you are working with the dealer and Porsche Exclusive on this now.
