Yeah, at 35k, expect that to sit for a while, especially given the snow.
Just looking at the Carfax that you can view on their site, the car has had a complex history. And the asking price seems high.
I have always had positive experiences with this dealer over the years. They haven't adjusted the asking price since the beginning, so I'm sure it has an interesting story. Maybe someone bought it and had to bail out of it.
I will be putting my Arctic Silver 2004 C4S Cab (black interior and rag top) up for sale this Spring. It has 95k and is 100% excellent mechanical condition, interior excellent, good exterior. IMS Solution and everything else (I mean all other maintenance items discussed on this forum and documented) has been completed in the last 13 months. Asking $32,000.
