I was half listening to an Internet radio station from another city, and heard the tail end of a local P dealer's commercial. They were pushing the new Boxster, but then said something about stepping up from a "711" to the "standard bearer 911 "
I've never heard of a 711. Did I miss the announcement??!!!
I know the "718" designation. I just wondered whether this dealer was trying make the suggestion that a 718 is a "711" like a 996 is a "911". If so that's a first for me.
Heh. Just kidding. The dealer is actually a Dumas, best known for car culture literary classics such as 'The Flatbed Arrived Ten Years Later,' 'The Three Air Oil Separators,' 'The Carrera Brothers,' 'Twenty Years After Replacing My IMSB,' and 'PCNA, The Prince of Thieves.'
^^What kind of audio box is that Cuda? Kinda reminds me of a recording interface an engineering friend of mine created for the recording for the blind here in Georgia. ha!
It's a highly proprietary recording interface that an engineering friend of mine created for recording for the blind here in San Diego.
Seriously, you care to share what the box it for?
Maybe I can find one of those boxes here at the UGA recording of the blind. His technology was engineered for the old analog old reel to reel recorders. The interface box really made it easy for people to make self-directed professional recordings without a lot of studio experience.
