Gentlemen I have the new ducktail installed on my 991.2 it looks incredible, clean and with no issues, if your interested PM me, in the interim I have reached out to the admin of rennlist to post it in a thread, it was taken down, as a certain rennlister complained. I am working with Rennlist, and should have something up soon.

Any actual R&D involved, any wind tunnel testing, any testing of engine airflow, etc? Or was this just a manufactured duck slapped on a .2 and in an attempt to make a quick buck?

It's from Wicked? LMAO... My old Volvo - (was built mind you) completely destroyed a wicked tuned 996TT that was said to have upgraded turbos... it did have a very wide bodykit but the fitment was crap and no way should my car have outrun a built TT that was worth anything.
This was about 10 years ago and really irresponsible "racing"....

Sorry, Gentlemen, not part of any Wicked Company.
This is air flow tested, temp tested proper Ducktail. As well it is gone through 2 months of real day to day functionality. Any questions feel free to PM.
@Fastr - Love the sport techno's on your 991.1, I ended up doing them on my 991.2

He is definitely affiliated with Wicked in some way. Probably got the ducktail for free in exchange for advertising lol. Their products are awful. Blasphemy to put them on a well engineered car.

Please post wind tunnel and temp tests.
Amazing you figured this out when Porsche couldn't.

I read recently in an Excellence Magazine article that ducktails on 911's would only be for "RS" models (#240 Oct 2016 pp 55)
in the test of the new 911R
"After all, how do you make a car safe at 200 MPH without downforce at the rear? The solution came after long hours in
the wind tunnel and road tests in the form of a rear diffuser located below the engine. It's distinctive fins channel air & create enough
suction to keep the rear stable at high speeds."
911R still has the pop up joke (IMO) of the regular 991 Carrera.
Never say never, but that's the latest.

Not going to lie... It ticks me off a bit to think that people are posting on here dishonestly to make a buck. We spend a lot of money on these cars how dare someone take advantage of our enthusiasm and possibly cause damage. Go peddle your crap somewhere else! I really would love a duck tail/spoiler and I'm waiting patiently for the right one to be manufactured.
