Default Will these fit my 996?

Sorry if this should be posted somewhere else.

Now on that I need to replace my wheels, I thought these would be a good pick up if they fit. Please let me know.

You will need to ask the seller what the offsets are for a definitive answer. Also, what model 996 do you own?

Yours can't be fixed? The photos didn't seem that bad.

Get a professional opinion before throwing in the towel and dropping a ton of dough on new wheels. Put the $$ saved toward an IMS upgrade.

Those wheels look like a bargain! You just need to double check the offset when you buy them. They should say 18x8 et50 and 18x10et65. They nah be a "j" or other random letters in there but that's what you are looking for. The 8's can be as low as an et45 and the 10's as low as and et50 and it will still work.

If the 10'a are an et45, that means they are for a C4S or Turbo (widebody) and won't work for you.

Hawk, another side note... those wheels in the craigslist ad definitely look repainted... and repainted with the wrong color of silver. Porsche uses a unique tone of silver for their wheels that is common with European sports cars. It looks like the seller just painted them with standard silver metallic.

Thanks for the info. If I do buy them I would paint them gloss black anyway. Good looking out!

Seller got back to me and said 18x8.5 ET52, 18x10. ET47

Bummer. Probably best to keep looking. Even though it's only 3mm, I haven't heard of anyone having success below ET50 on the rear.

Are you keeping the Hankook's? A lot of guys don't like the V12 Ventus' but I always thought they were a good tire for the $$$.
