Thanks, it's very reliable, very easy to drive .....and once you harness the concept of "downforce" driving it is VERY fast!!

Going back to a production based car? Did you enjoy it as a track toy overall more than the 997.1 GT3? Is it a larger hassle to maintain/prep for track days besides having to tow it?

I have a 997 GT3 and been toying with a SR3 for a few years now but not sure if the faster lap times are worth the extra hassle of towing/upkeep for HPDE.

Driving a Radical on track will spoil you. Makes my 991 TT and my 997 GT3 feel like lumbering school buses by comparison. Exponentially it is a more intense experience than anything, save maybe a full on new GT3 Cup, but that's crazy $$ to go the same lap time speeds.

Sure there are things you need to inspect regularly and fluid changes at prescribed intervals, but as far as upkeep, this car has been gas and go.
The car is so light (~1600lbs wet with driver) that tires, pads and rotors seem to last forever. Unlike my GT3 which ate those up like crazy.

As for towing, my Trailex trailer can be included for a price. Easy to tow, and perfect for the Radical. Not a hassle at all and is a perfect place to store the car.

Only one way to find out. Find someone local and see if they would take you for a ride-a-long. The cool thing with a Radical, unlike most other Formula Libre type cars, you get to share the experience with friends and family.

You will never experience braking and turning G-forces like a Radical can safely dish out in any street car.

For any track guy or girl, driving a down force car like a Radical SR3 on the track is totally addictive.

The candian dollar is advantage to USA's buyers.

No idea on what's needed, though I'd be happy to do whatever i can on my end.

Thanks for considering. It won't last long. Serious potential buyers will easily recognise the value this car represents!

Good luck Peter.

Salut Francois!

You should contact Robert Burgess, he'd be happy to arrange a test drive at CTMP in a Radical for you.

You'd be ready after that!!
