I was able to place my distal fingers into the crevice between the windshield and headliner. The windshield was slightly protruding/bulging out from the windshield frame.

After the 2nd repair, the spacing is significantly less and the windshield is more flushed into the frame.

Wind noise is gone.

Well I almost got a year out of this windshield. Took a rock right between my eyes this morning on the 202. Called USAA and Specialized Auto Glass in Chandler who will come out tomorrow and repair the chip. I've never had that done so I'm curious as to what the end result will look like.

I had the windshield on my 997 repaired at the local car wash, it was 90% undetectable.

Definite improvement. I can still tell it's there but it's much smaller and less distracting.
