Default Lumbar support keeps inflating.

So while driving my lumbar support keeps inflating. It also won't deflate while driving. If i turn off the car I can hear the pump engage. When it stops engaging I can deflate the bag, but if I turn on the key and drive it starts to inflate again.

Can't seem to find anyone with the same problem any help would be appreciated.

Verify your switch is working properly?

Look on the bright side, there was a guy here in the forum that when driving, his seat would recline all the way back. hahahaha... can you imagine the strange looks you'd get from other drivers? Anyway, this is nothing, just enjoy it. Some people would pay a pretty penny to have the lower backs rubbed while driving. ha!

I think if it stays inflated for more than 4 hours, you are supposed to call your doctor.

Can the lumbar setting be stored with the seat memory feature?

If the pump is running without user input I'd start with the switch. Remove it and use a multimeter to figure out which posts are which. If there is a short in the switch a connection that should be normally open will be closed.

Ok Shake, just because you walk around a parking lot and find some weird looking hose doesn't mean it associated with your Porsche. ha! Put that thang down young man, that could be drug paraphernalia! Seriously, if it doesn't say "Proctologist Use Only" on the side, then it could be related to the lumbar support.
