I've tried every search term I can, but I still can't find the VIN decoder tool to check on WP0CB2A93DS157175. 2013 C4s cab, black with a very "rich" build and a CPO warranty and a clean Carfax. A close friend is closing in on a deal at Porsche Rancho Mirage.
I'm trying to confirm the build sheet we got and I'm trying to determine a fair price for a 34,310 mile lease return. There are 3-4 cosmetic items that the dealer needs to tend to and will be part of the counter offer / bid from my friend. The car was sold by Rancho Mirage (3-year lease). The lessor also had the standard headlights replaced with the black headlight option (not shown on build) and the "build sheet" doesn't show all the deviated stitching nor the rear center console in leather with deviated stitching (see the photos in the link above). The build sheet we got showed an MSRP just south of $155K but with the deviated stitching, etc. I'd guess it should be closer to $160K. The dealer ask is $86K.

There is a trade involved and the dealer "offer" is $84K - but assuming we hold at NADA wholesale for his trade I'm thinking a sell price of $82K (offer of $81K) would be a hot deal for what many would consider a high-mileage car. Thoughts everyone? We're under a bit of time pressure because we are here on vacation and kinda need to get this wrapped up today, Weds 9/14.
TIA for your collective help for our friends and also, please, first "dibs" on this car.

Make sure you see the CPO checklist for tire/pad/rotor condition and if within the guidelines.
Also, that the scheduled services have been completed. With 34K miles and a CPO, the 40K service should be done by the dealer.
Asking price with CPO seems fair. You mentioned a trade too which is harder to evaluate. Any discount off asking would be a bonus with a fair trade in.
This is a loaded build and not common. Add in a 4S Cab, and quite the find. Don't let your friend lose out on it.

Aqua Blue, Powerkit, PDCC, SC, SD package, Burmester, two-tone leather, and platinum S wheels? Sick build! One of my favs in this whole thread.
I agree. One the the top ones to ever get posted, and we've posted ALOT of 991's and looked at even more! I can't even imagine how many builds I've looked at.
I agree the 2013 C4S is a great build. But it's $6k more than I just paid for my CPO 2015 C2S, and it has12.5k more miles than mine. It does have the PDCC, Sport Design and X51 power kit options that mine doesn't have. But it also has 4 years less factory warranty than mine. A great car, but not a give-away price...
I do like the Aqua Blue with the Black/Gray interior. If they give a bit on the price, I'll agree it's a great machine for the money...

Done and dusted. Deal closed yesterday. Fairly priced trade and asking price reduced as well. All cosmetic issues being addressed. Amazing what good deals are out there when the mileage creeps up on used Porsches. Thanks for the quick response guys - our friends are thrilled and the car will be ready by close of business Friday.
