[QUOTE=b3freak;13569360]Not a 911, but this has to be the top of mountain of brand placement for Porsche...

I am totally cool with opening it up to any Porsche, if it is cool with you all! - Good call!

If not I might have been tempted to relive the 70's and 80's shows that starred a Ken-worth, Coyote, and Stingray to relive my youth which I know none of you would put up with! (Could of brought up that Black Van with a rear spoiler - not sure what I am referring to yet? well lets just say I pity the fool!)

When I bought my 996 I took it to show a good freind. My freind has a little boy 3-4 ish... He came out of the house and yelled "Sally" at the sight of my 996.

Default Dempsey!

"Run" with a very young Patrick Dempsey & Kelly Preston. Dempsey plays a hotshot, poker-playing college student who gets a gig to deliver a new Porsche to its owner in another city and the car breaks down in a corrupt hick-town and ends up at odds with the town big-shot bad guy. While on the "run" he meets and gets help from Kelly Preston. This is actually a pretty decent movie.

Going a bit fast for break-in timeframe, eh?

Dempsey has a history of Porsches in his shows and movies. IIRC, he even dies from his Cayenne getting hit by an 18-wheeler in the TV show Grey's Anatomy.

Good gearheads article about him here: http://gearheads.org/patrick-dempsey...ght-years-old/
