Of course the 928 in Risky Business comes to mind but also Wyatt's 928 in Weird Science.

Then there was this crazy 911 in the Cannonball Run.

But, really, the car that made me fall in love with Porsche was the 944. Damn right I wanted to be Jake...but only because I wanted his car!

Yes! The car used in the 'slow driving scenes' was Michael Bay's 1994 Turbo but they rented another for the final scenes where Martin Lawrence drove away from the firey explosion in the warehouse and then through the opening in the wall at the end of the Miami Airport runway.
The sound engineer worked hard to capture the turbo's engine sound as Lawrence accelerated to catch the Cobra and I think he nailed it.
Great, great scene.

Just watched part of "Downhill Racer" with Redford last night. His GF drove an orange 911 aggressively, but not as much as when he got behind the wheel. Movie was made in 1967, so obviously it was an early model.

And well, not a movie...but a classic, original video with music is over 10 years old. I think I saw it right out of HS, and I immediately wanted me a 911 so I can do the same thing in it.
