I tend to deal with things that I need for my car and go from there, hence the Bumperettes and my 3D printed door pocket reinforcements. Some day my dome light may fail but hopefully it doesn't!

Don't touch the dome fixure or change the bulb and you may be OK....The door pocket reinforcements are on my short list of projects. I will take care of the door when I upgrade the speakers. Thanks again.

Got mine, thanks! Just need to find out which euro lenses will mate well with my turbo-s ducts. Have to figure out if I have OE or aftermarket ones and whether there is any difference in the sizes. Apparently some aftermarket euro turn signal lenses are a bit too short and leave quite a big gap between the turn signal lenses and the standard fog lamp lenses.

In the first post of this thread is a link to the euro lenses. There are no short euro lenses, the short ones are the US version.

My car has the turbo ducts, bumperette inserts and euro lenses and it all works great.

As I still am getting pinged about additional sets of these I may be doing another run within the next couple of weeks. PM me if interested. Again, 18 sets.

I am getting ready to put them in and wondered what you used as a primer before applying the paint.

I used the same primer I got with the color matched paint and clearcoat. Came as a kit with sand-paper, tack clothes etc. I'll look at the cans. I'm sure Rustoleum fusion would work well. Make sure to take into account the thickness of the paint when fitting and let it all dry well before fitting after painting or you'll ruin it and have to start again.

Ask me how I know

The clear corner lens set I bought came with bulbs. The bulbs supplied were single element and dual element bulbs are needed. I purchased paint from an auto paint shop, 92M Polar silver. Paint is not even close. Will need to repaint once I can figure out how to get the correct color match.

I use LED's from Tore for all by bulbs cos they are nice and bright and I used paint from touchupdirect. Make sure you specify to them that it is for a 993 as the polar silver which has the same code for the 996 cars is completely different.

Doesn't the 92M identify that its a 993? Maybe that's why the paint is so far off. It is much more of a grey color. Also noticed that with the clear corners it makes the fog lights look bad. Will have to consider disassembly and paint or change for the turbo ones like you have. Those look good.

That looks amazing! I have to get around to making another batch at some stage, I get PM's and emails all the time looking for them but I have been too busy to organize it. Maybe in the next month or so.

Love your white car. For some reason, I like white 993's but mostly dislike newer 911's in the same color.
