Default ATL/Georgia car insurance

Not 996 specific, but what are the ATL folks on here using for car insurance? So far I've had two quotes and one was for $900 more than what I pay in TX and the other was for $650 more.

High credit scores and clean records. Only two cars including the 996.

What gives?

See if AAA insures down there. They are crazy cheap and good to deal with on both home and auto.

There are a couple of threads on the subject. i.e. https://rennlist.com/forums/996-foru...yet-again.html

Couple of months ago did some quick research and Geico had the best rate for me in Lilburn.

IF you park your car in a garage or in storage and do not drive it much, you could use some of those "Classic" / "Exotic" car insurance companies which can save you a lot.

Three cars and my home insured by State Farm for about $240 per month. I've been with them more than 20 years and have a clean driving record.

So Geico was the winner. They facilitated a renters policy through Travelers though which was dirt cheap too.

Thanks everyone!
