I'm not sure if I understood you correctly but Meg's "Quik Wax" is different than "Ultimate Quick Wax". I have both and Ultimate Quick Wax is at least 5x better IMO.

Personally I like the traditional wash myself but the UWWP is a GREAT and economical quick detailer, especially for guys that have dark or black cars. You don't feel guilty blowing through QD everytiime you wipe your car down and blowing the usual $5-8/bottle, instead only around $.60 per bottle.

I use this as I dry my car to prevent any hard water stains. Works really well for that as well.

I use the Ultimate. I'm always a sucker for trying new products, so the collection grows. I've found that the ones I don't like to use for cleaning/polishing the car are good for using as wheel cleaner.

Also, I highly recommend the Barrier Reef spray wax.

Looks like we both have amassed a string of products we try and leave around.

Surprisingly, I use some of the inferior products on Bathroom, Countertops, TV/Tablet screens, Shoes, Floors which performs really well for these things. LOL

Gave some to my friends and one used Collinite 845 wax on his dress shoes. LOL
