I picked up a 911 Turbo S. I absolutely love the car. The spoilers were not functioning so it went into the dealer. Now I have chips in the paint where they worked on the car. First Porsche for me, not last! But what do I expect from dealers?
It makes my stomach sick to work on keeping my car so nice, but it comes out scratched and chipped.
I hate touch up crap. Do I make them sand and redo the areas?
Seek out the best high end car detailer in your area. See what he recommends. Hopefully he can get the car to look great, and then give the bill to your dealership. Do everything possible to not have to repaint any panels. Do not let the dealership try to repair this, they will only make it worse.
Sorry I was going to recommend Fantastic Finishes in West Palm beach. They fixed a bump on my hood similar to yours. They filled the scratch with paint sand and repeat until it came out 98% perfect and my car is black a lot harder to match. Check with a good local body shop in sure they can make it better without having to repaint the panels.
The problem in having is 3 are chipped to the plastic and one to the metal.
There is some good news. The chip by the wheel arch will be pretty easy to fix, and prone to additional marks in the future, so it's something you kind of have to live with. The chip on the lower rocker panel should be in the textured paint area. I think that area will take touch up very well.
On the advise of Lex and others I got some DrColorchip for my GTS. From their promo videos it looks like a pretty good fix for small defects like these.

Oh gosh, sorry to hear. Know that this type of crap is infuriating - take your car in and they f it up. Like others have said, don't let the dealership touch the car. Take it to a detailer and have the dealership pay for it. Let dealership know this is what you want.
Ask for Mike VanLoo and tell him Albert Tsang sent you. They took excellent care of my 991 Carrera S and also a BMW. They only deal with European cars at the Pontiac location. They also do custom classics. Unfortunately, you'll see many exotics that have been in accidents at their location.
Awesome 911. I wouldn't let the dealer repair the car but I would let them know of the issue as quickly as possible and that they can look forward to getting the bill. I usually walk around my car several times before I leave the dealer, especially checking the areas where tech's work for this very reason. Most times everything works out but there have been several occasions where it hasn't and it's a lot harder for the dealer to dispute the issue when the car hasn't left their facility before pointing it out.
