Thanks, Chris!
The Red Witch is by far the nicest car I have ever owned.

Is that the same size as the stock wheel? I don't mind the stock wheel diameter, but it looks boring, and the feel of the wheel itself...it needs to be thicker, with more padding. That looks really nice...

I believe it is a little smaller. Test drive showed no real increase in effort to turn the wheel at low speeds.
This one feels soooooooo nice. I was never a fan of the stock Porsche wheel. Nothing really wrong with it. I just didn't like it.

That wheel looks great. The red stitching really accents it and helps match to the int & ext. The only thing is the "MOMO" in the center.

The cat seems to like the Red Witch also.

Thanks!

I liked the subtle red stitching as well. I am undecided whether I will try to find a Porsche crest for the horn button.

Yep. My cats are my constant helpers.

Looks like you've put over 100 miles on her since yesterday.

Every day it's nice out the empty, open, occasionally twisty farmside countryside roads out here beckon to me... I can't resist...resistance is futile...

My poor SUV is feeling some serious neglect nowadays.

TOO BAD!!!

Beautiful car, glad your patience is being rewarded.

She is YOUR BABY now, do what you want with her, make any changes you want to want to make her YOUR dream car, ...just treat her right.

I've owned many cars over the years, but the 928 is the first car I've LOVED since I sold my 85 Vette back in 97 (sold it with 188,000 miles on the OD, bought it with 52,000 on the OD 8 yrs earlier).

I keep driving Hans every chance I get...and EVERY time I get in and drive it I give thanks that this wonderful machine got me to my mom's funeral when all looked hopeless... This car will always be very special to me...

Since my name is Frank..."He (928) is Hans and I am Franz (Frank) and we are here to PUMP... YOU UP!!!" (old SNL skit)

Thank you!

I drove around alot Monday, showing off the Red Witch. That, and my normal daily commute is a little over 50 miles.

I understand what you mean. I bought this car to DRIVE! I am taking my Explorer tomorrow only because I have to. Thursday is grocery shopping day. A 928 is not the car for that.

I am very grateful to the PO for taking such good care of this 928, but I am not hesitating in making changes. I am making this my own interpretation of a 928.

Tonight, I have ordered a Sparco 50mm hub extender. I LOVE the new Momo steering wheel. However, I did not realize it was slightly shorter than the stock wheel. Now, my arms stretch worse to reach the wheel. Moving the wheel 50mm closer should help that.

I also ordered a new Jager GT style shifter handle and short leather boot. The handle is carbon fiber top, black button, black leather grip, and black lower section. Boot is black leather with red stitching, to complement the steering wheel.

Glad Hans has a special place in your heart. Thanks for sharing that.

Whoa...I'd have to see that.

When I go grocery shopping, it fills up the back of my Explorer.

I'm not saying that I wouldn't stop in for a few things. Just not the full monty.
