Early dash by Classic 9 -- pics
There don't seem to be many photos online of professionally redone early dashes except what's posted on commercial sites in low res, so here is what one looks like, restored by Classic 9.
I've DIY restored a few early dashes... after a few revisions, I found something that worked. But it never looked as good as a factory uncracked dash, so thanks to my tax return, I decided to have a pro do it. It looks better than new - the quality of workmanship is top notch, and the materials used are unquestionably higher quality than OEM. It's vinyl, but it has to be nicest vinyl I have knowingly seen.
Glovebox was just resting in place in these pics, so it looks weird. Installed pics coming shortly.

Looks absolutely awesome! Can't wait to see it installed.
I was planning on ordering the C9 kit and DIYing mine, but for the price you paid I'm definitely going to ship it out.

Looks very very good, but i'm not pleased with that vent cover thing...also this area where the dials are could have a better fit of the leather.
Other than that, i'm impressed.
Also, i dont like how the seam goes over the dash right at the ends where it meets the doors.

Morghen, you definitely have an eye for detail! The seam is kind of growing on me, I probably spent half an hour just staring at it mostly installed last night,
So far all the pop-in things like vents have been a tight fit, but did fit. I had a mishap with one of the bulb holders while removing it from a pod, so I have to hot glue it in place before I can put the binnacle back in. Then, daylight pics Also, the head unit isn't wanting to go back in, it's getting caught on the metal tongue back there. This happened once before and I forget what I had to do but eventually it'll be in place.
