Got one of them. Gorillas in the trunk! Thing thumps if so desired. Hans makes quality pieces.

I will take one as well as an amp recommendation. I had a 5 or 6 channel JBL that I replaced with a marine MB Quart and I hate it. Time to get it back to enjoyable.

Alright, it looks like there is enough interest to revive the Sharkwoofer.

The original mold was destroyed on the last run of parts. It was never really designed for production use, and it lasted longer than I expected.

The original driver and amplifier that system was designed around are no longer available, so I will have to do a bit of research this week to see what is available and will fit in that location. I have a couple ideas, so it shouldn't take that long.

I will start a new thread when I get a bit farther along on the re-design, and post some renderings. As to price, I will have to get the parts quoted.

Any chance you can bring back the illuminated light switches too?

Have one in my Spyder's trunk and it's great. Tony77 sold me a leftover he had that didn't have an Amp, which was perfect, as I'm driving it and my other 8 Focal speakers from a 1,000 watt Clarion Marine 6-channel Amp I've installed into my rear center console with rear A/C top to vent the heat. Channels 5 & 6 are Bridged driving the Sharkwoofer. Front doors have 3-way components & rear side panels have 6 3/4" 2-ways. Plenty of sound even with the top down running 85 MPH. The Sharkwoofer fits the opening perfectly and is a high-quality piece.

+1 on the illuminated switches as I'd like a set of those too.

Just a heads up for those who are mentioning the illuminated switches, while Han's is the brainchild behind the guts of those, the top laminated part was produced by Paul Champagne. So it would be in your intrests to ping Paul on those first.

I myself do have them installed in my car and love them, they are top Quality, as you would expect with everything Han's is associated with.

And it's been beat to death..the raw materials from the suppliers to do it at a price point that works at all, are no longer available.
