Well the RS " ELLA " is going into the paint booth next week

In the meantime I have finally finished my render of what she will look like with her decals and wheels... Thoughts?

With your sense of taste and attention to detail, of course it looks great. Stripes on the engine lid too?

I love that shade of yellow with the black accents. It would be fine the way it is. Have you tried black headlight rings or mirrors? I'm not sure how it would look. it'll be a stunning car when done.

Looks a bit too happy for a yellow car

I'd do something more like this:

Keep it bad@ss! One-piece non-met slate grey rims with slate grey stripes....no Porsche sticker.

Phenomenal collection. I love the HEUER touch on the dash.

I want to do the exact same stripes on my frunk. I don't know about the wheels though. BBS LM is just wrong. E28 would be much better and I would also consider toning down the black. I think summer yellow will be better with a dark grey than black.

With black head light rings. Personally not my cuppa, but fun to render. Just thinking, will probably paint the callipers Summer Yellow to match. Here is a render with black under sills..

Thanks,

Mirrors don't do it for me, but here it is with black headlight rings. Not for me either, but fun to muck around with Photoshop.

Thanks, it's 'Summer Yellow' believed to be 1 of 6 Carrera RS in that colour.

That's cool, but am dead set on the vinyl bonnet stripes.

Yeah the 'Porsche' script may not make it on the finished car.

Thanks! Betty is still a working progress. Engine has been rebuilt, just waiting on the chassis. When it's all finished I'll post up.

I have a set of LMs on the shelf and fancied something different from the E28s I run on other 911s. Besides when painted black wheels tend to just become black blobs...
