Default Spotted a Rare Breed in the Wild

Spotted this mk1 996 in Columbus Ohio on I270. Had tinted headlights, black OEM wheels and a passenger taillight out

Anybody see this color before? It was like a fluorescent purple/green/blue...is there a special edition with this color?

Does the Zenith blue change colors depending on the light?
