Default Driver Ed in Calgary

Hello all
I was in Calgary visting my brothers-in-law and their families..went to Banff for the weekend and was, as always, amazed at how beautiful it was.
I spent some time with my 23 yr old nephew who has a real need for speed and has encountered various members of the law enforcement community. Lessons are not being learned. Can anyone point me to on-track DE programs with qualified instructors in the area?
Referrals would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Ian

In addition to Jay Pringle, BMW club runs a school, Calgary Sports Car Club runs schools as part of their Solosprint series and their Solo 2 series, Porsche club runs autocrosses. You can google those for web pages. There are also several listed on the Racecity.com links page. You can dip your toe in or go right up to the neck, your choice!

Thanks very much for all the referrals. I have been sending them to my nephew's father..let's hope that he takes advantage.
The Allan Berg school in Costa Rica looks great.....a winter trip for my wife and I..."Dear, how would you like to go to Costa Rica.....I may be busy for three days or so...!!!!!"
Cheers
Ian

The other thing to keep in mind is that speed enforcement in calgary is excessive by comparison with everywhere I've ever lived. Ka band and Laser, exclusively, in town. He might consider painting his headlights/foglights/blinkers with Laser Veil and getting a good radar detector from Bel, Escort or Valentine.

I've had Jay Pringle @ BWW Adv. Driverr Training at Race City. He seemed pretty good, but nervous. I really enjoyed Lance Hogarth as an instructor. He was awsome.

Lance is a Great Driver...Another Great Instructor is Thomas K...There are alot of good instructors for this school...This is a Great driving school, probably one of the best in Canada (feedback from people who has taken various schools throughout North America) but I am biased...I use to instruct for them....
