If you have time some night come over and drive the Glen on the computer. I have a seat and pedals etc.

Should be some videos on youtube. Plus on the Friday one of us can get you up to speed.

Box won't be in until afterwards. Not enough time.

Well that was kind of my point re the "4 consecutive days". Was thinking that maybe Louise (the wife) would enjoy it and that we could make a vacation out of it; haven't taken one in a few years. But maybe 4 days at the track is a bit too much of a guy's idea of a vacation Maybe I'll make a vacation out of my Tremblant trip instead, and go see the family.

OK Chris, this is the 1000th time you have asked me to go to the Glen, just asked the real Boss and she said "have fun @ The Glen 2011". I'll sign up now.
I'm in. My Dad use to go to the Glen before there was a track to race on. They would close down the town and race on the streets.
I have some old pics when they were there. This will be an emotional event for me as Dad is gone.
Beer is on me for the boys from Ottawa the first night, and one dude from Toronto, he owns a good'ol Ottawa car... Francois

Cheers,
Geoff
Don't you just love a plan that comes together. Don't know what it is with Ottawa, it seems that all I've done/touched in the last couple of years is connected to the city. Even my son moved there a few years ago and came back home with his Ottawa gf.

Geoff, you gonna try to book at the Seneca Lodge?

Hey Geoff, yes we're definitely BIG, not sure how fast... but looking forward to my first full session at The Glen as well, and of course seeing how the cup tranny works.

I had to find the Cup Tranny Tree, convince the owner to let me cut it down and now I will have to pay him for the privilege.

I have done the 48HR event several years in a row and it is fantastic, especially the instructor seminar/track day on Friday.

Can not make it this year so we are doing Wed-Thur the following week 22-23 June which is Advanced only Niagara PCA, two groups (higher hp and lower hp) and you can drive in either or both......loads of track time.

FYI: Dave K is doing fine, he parked with us at the Lime Rock Club Race and drove well. Unfortunately, Kristin had to tend to the business that weekend.

Here is a couple of videos of friends of ours lapping, hope the links work:
