Happy and Sad day...
Just finished running in the Blue group for the first time. (40 minutes in the rain for our last run...thanks for the extra gas Kristin)
Last event of the year for me.
I met a bunch of amazing people throughout the Rennsport events at Tremblant.
It was a pleasure!
Many thanks to ALL involved.

Nice job Dwane on the promotion to Blue - clearly you ARE driving Flat Out (and safely)!
PS - what's with you and running out of gas? I'll introduce you to Carol Matte down the block. Real simple. You pull up, say "plein quatre-vingt quatorze", give him eighty bucks, and you're set. Repeat once daily.

A very happy day indeed! For us in white ;-)
Seriously, congrats Dwane, Too bad we don't get to go play until next year. Keep us posted on the new baby's arrival.
Paul
BTW I always have "a gas" with Kristin too

Oh yeah I charged the "plein quatre-vingt-quatorze" to you! thanks
So here is the trick to get you promoted Matthew....
Tell Bob you need to get promoted to the fastest run group so you can run FLATOUT.
It worked for me

I thought it was a entry mistake when I saw it on Clubregistration.
When Claude(tech line) was putting on the sticker I was telling him the Clubregistration person made a mistake.
I went as far as telling Bob"I didn't even get a check ride!"
Bob's response"Don't worry about it, We've been watching you!"
It was really a great feeling to get promoted so quick.
Pics as soon as he/she is born.

i hit it in turn 12. i felt bad, and it caused me to slow down, which made me miss a hawk by 2 inches on T13. The squirrel is dead but the hawk lived on to hunt more squirrels.
Moral of the story?
Squirrels are really stupid.
it's close to Thanksgiving, so this time I am aiming for a turkey.
BTW Dwane thinks I actually fed him squirrel. Everyone in the Ottawa valley knows you don't serve company anything less than gopher.

Thanks Chris!
Being promoted to Black was a nice consolation prize for not being in Germany celebrating the 200th anniversary of Oktoberfest mixed in with a day at the 'Ring and a Porsche factory tour.
Looking forward to seeing pictures and hearing stories
