Question Goodwood "German Cars" breakfast meeting on Sunday 6th August?

Hi Everyone,

Who is going? We are hoping for some of the Rennlisters to meet up at the first services (Little Chef) on the A3 after you join it from the M25. Interested?

If we are clever, that means we can get in two breakfasts!

Cheers,

David

....and then you could move on to the 911 & PW picnic near Reading for lunch!
What's for dinner?
Putting on weight, but in denial,

Hi John,

That's not a bad idea. Nice flatnose! You don't see many of those; have you had it long?

Cheers,

David

Only since last September David.
It's actually a Dage Sport DS935 - a G Force Motorsport rendition of the 930SE, and currently for sale, along with my recently, and unintentionally, acquired "extra" 1989 930 from a few weeks back ( it's a long story! ).

Very nice! Staying with the family or getting something else? Were you at Silverstone yesterday? I saw a car looking just like yours.

I almost forgot:

Details for meeting up on Sunday on the 964 forum...

Cheers,

David

Sure was. Glad that someone parked a 930SE directly behind it; made comparisons nice and easy!
Silverstone on Saturday was a great day out....and I believe that Sunday was expected to be the day when most PCGB members attended.

Hi John,

To be honest I didn't note much difference apart from tiny little (fog?) lights in the indicator area and different exhaust pipes. What are the main differences? I thought is was a pretty good day on Saturday but the place was almost empty! I was also left with a slightly bad taste in my mouth from some racist comments made by a Boxster driver about an asian guy directing traffic near the main gate.

Regards,

David

Hopefully see everyone there on Sunday. Is anyone meeting at the A3 Services?

Cheers,

David
