Firefox 10.x - cant post w/o clearning cookies

upgraded recently to 10.0.2 and I can no longer post replies. I need to clear cookies or use "private browsing" mode to reply...

Do you have a lag when you click the reply button, and it times out? Or you can't post at all?

clicking the "post quick reply" displays the spining circle graphic but it never stops spinning

tried on an older version and coulnt reproduce. 10.0.2 with no cookies - always works. after some forum reading, I need to clear cookies again to post.
