I tried to list a set of wheels and it said that i need to renew my subscription. So I did, assuming mine had exprired. Once i logged back in, it showed that my subscription is actually good till 10-2018. So why did I get the message that I can't do a listing in Parts market place? I am still getting that message.

Also, can you cancel the duplicate subscription that you required me to purchase?

I apologize, I am not sure why that might have happened. Your account definitely shows that you should be able to create a thread in the parts marketplace, try clicking on this link?

In regards to your extraneous subscription, I can have a colleague in the office refund it next week, or we can extend your first membership by a bit more than a year by way of apology. Let me know which you would prefer.
