Web Forums still crawl at night

Are all of us Ohio-ans still having this problem. Basically I cannot check out rennlist from home in the evenings anymore. Either its excruciatingly slow or it does not load the forums at all.

This is happening in TX as well, using TWC and RR. Audiworld has been much faster. It gets so bad that I usually give up, with the same symptoms that other are posting. This is in the evenings, but I can't say that mornings are better, as I don't check the forum in the AM.

yes it is pathetic, ever since an outage a few weeks ago. look at this:

I dont think it is rennlist at all. it seems anything on the west cost is not running very well for me. I can not watch youtube with out the videos stopping every 15-30 seconds. MSN.com loads fine. but 1/2 the links load as slow as Rennlist. I have not been on rennlist for weeks becasue it just will not load. In fact I have not been on many sites because they simply now take to long to load

I'm having the EXACT same problem with sites on the "left coast".. Also - to the rest in Ohio - It's NOT my circuits ..?? I spent two weeks at night watching the throughput. The Verizon circuits are running great - but, in the evening - out of the midwest - RR and a few hops are having issues (apparently, due to overloads (too many people) on their circuits).
Got'ta love shared networks..
Nope - I have not given up, as I'm subscribed to most of the OH provider's admin posts to their net - and see if we can't do something else..???

Thanks for jumping in with an update - it's at least good to know that you're aware and watching. So what's our options - switch ISPs?

NEORR called me and here is what they said
They said the issue is not on thier network The packet loss is happening at 64.144.161.3 and the Rennlist Admin must track these people down and call them.

Well - you posted minutes BEFORE the transition!
Could you tell me (or anyone?) what they are seeing now.. And yep - before this server was moved - I was working with MEGAPATH on the bottleneck - and I think we "just got it done"... Thanks Shark!! That IP you sent me was where the issue was..
