Need Help Activating Membership

Paid for my 2 year membership a while ago but haven't been that active until now. I just tried to post in the Vehicle Classifieds, but it said I needed to be a member. Can one of the Site Admins/Moderators activate me?

I have the PayPal receipt if proof of purchase is needed.
