Hi my name is Sergio, I live in Nairobi Kenya, im new to this forum. I recently bought a crashed 2014 porsche cayenne. When i was about to tow it, we noticed there wasnt any power ans couldnt jump start it through the points on the engine bay at front, so we unmounted the front left seat and the mechanic jumped a "pyrofuse" connected it to a battery and the ignition lights on the cluster panel came on for about 2 secs with the key on the ignition setting.. then went off. It kept doing this every time the battery was to be jumped afresh. I bought a new battery for it, so now the car has all the other functions e.g. radio, but no ignition.. where do I start? I read another thread about this but shouldn't the car be able to start if the pyro link is jumped? Before replacing the the pyroswitch?
