Good luck with the sale man!!!

With a beautiful house in an incredible neighborhood , I can imagine it is going to be a feeding frenzy when the bidding takes place.

What city protects and houses all the best criminals in Canada? Ottawa

Doing a Steve Miller: "Take the money and run."

You are a money guy.
IF there is a 20% correction on 2 million = 400,000.
Now I have to earn $800,000 to make up for that loss.
The math doesn't lie.

Have you seen what you get for a million in Ottawa? Most homes sit there for > than a year in that price range.
Its the most undervalued city in the country. Its a sellers market in toronto and a buyers market in ottawa.

Standard Toronto selling strategy: price it low. get people interested. pray for multiply offers and drive the price up.

Lets see what happens.

Good luck Vic, buy low and sell high. Since there won't be any more hanging out in the garage and using the urinal we'll all have to cruise up to Ottawa and pee in your new pool.

Perfect.
That's why they call it a "salt water pool".

Good luck Vic, you're going to have to wake up way early next year to be on time for the Hershey run....
All the best...
