If you're looking for a 997.2 C4S reasonably well optioned and with solid maintenance, it is slim pickings out there for sure.
If it's a C4S you want I can only suggest that you know the specs you're looking for (options, mileage, colours, cpo, etc), regularly/daily check the market for new cars that come up and be patient. I spent a number of months searching before I found mine about a month ago - a 2011 C4S from Pfaff, only had 11K km on it
The old supply/demand equation comes into play for pricing particularly on the well sorted cars, but if you find one you like and it's within your budget, be prepared to move quickly.
There is more availability if you're looking for an 'S'.
Good luck with your search and have fun with it.
