Some fake hood straps and an aftermarket muffler and all of a sudden a car is an OUTLAW?

Noticed in Lucas's Autostrada mag the ad from Segal featuring this car and a mint 69 Challenger that's going to Barret Jackson.
Who do we know that has both of these including a turbo and a 650S?
Jason selling his cars?

No, that is not Jason's 356 but the other looks like similar to his Challenger

Weird coincidence I guess. Jason's 356 is a 1965 and polar silver color, definitely not the same car. Also the Challenger being sold is a 73 and I think Jason has a 69

Jason sold the Challenger but I think he has the 356.

The Challenger didn't begin production until 1970.
