Sorry fellas. With work, holidays, family and an engine build. I just don't have the time to manage any new projects, at least from now till Christmas.

Lets park this until the new year. And maybe, it might be a good idea to just do a rennlist version rather than than 911 models.

yeah I agree . plus will allow us to discuss it a little more ... for example I need the zipper pull on the left .. screw the unisex thing, I don't touch those jackets at all. I call them " womens jackets"

Did anything further ever happen with this? Is there still interest (besides me) in a 993 version?

I think to make this economically viable you would need one "911" jacket.
The setup costs of making a 911, 964, 993, 996, 997,991 even 944 jacket would not make it viable.
Back in the day i just added this to a Porsche club jacket i already had.
Seemed a cheaper alternative.

The set up costs are not that bad actually, and my supplier often helps out with those costs as she has been doing swag for me since forever. The problem is the min order is 12 and my min to make it worth while is at least 20. I just came back from SITM and received several requests for more 928 jackets. But Iceman is correct, we would need to do a generic 911 version for it to happen. With that in mind the back of the jacket could just have 911 like the 928 jacket, and the front could use an illustration of the flat 6 motor, or something that links all models.
