Yes.... And the sooner you accept that the easier it will be.

Are you actually serious. ? Guy crashes out like a moron on city streets, shows no regard for public safety and makes all us Porsche drivers look bad and you think he should sue ?

Give your head a shake.

You are supposed to drive according to road AND weather conditions. If the road is is poor shape, slow down!!! The posted speed limit is a limit, not the speed one is supposed to drive all the time.

Relax dude, it was a joke. I find it's funny how some guys try to impress women by behaving like complete idiots.

Well, just because it's not possible in a 993, doesn't mean it does not work in a fast Porsche... (works in 914's too )

I successfully sued the city because of road conditions.....but it was on my bike. The road was so uneven where a set of rail tracks crossed it that I went flying off my bike in to the back of a van!

City paid for the damage to the van and my bike and the road was fixed within 48 hrs

Update: the woman passed away and the driver is still in rough shape at the hospital. My friends who knew her well are completely heartbroken by the news.

Doesn't really matter now, does it? The innocent passenger has died, the driver is in whole heap of hurt physically, mentally and legally........
