Default My 991 is now a SUV!

Added the 991 roof transport system and for kicks put our winter roof box on. The box may be used when I'm taking the kiddies up to the cottage and mom's working...

I am thinking of a set of cross bars for my 997.2 Doesn't look too bad on the 991.

Nice looking white 964 Targa in the avatar? I miss mine, maybe that's it!

At the Zone 1 event at Watkins Glen someone had TWO sets of cross bars on the top of their 911 and a complete set of replacement wheels and tires up top.

I was very impressed!!

Box empty was noticeable but box loaded with weight and slight wind noise but nothing low volume stereo couldn't solve.

Fork Mount bike carrier is now on and glad I tested it. Had the box up to 135km/h and no issues.

That was me. Thx.

One set is rated to hold the weight of 4 wheels. However, the aero and all that seemed tough. So I figured I would use 2 sets, distribute the load, ease install for one person, and make me feel better.
