Did you enjoy spa? Eau Rouge is tricky or if you get the right approach you can go through easily?
The last section seems that if you do a small mistake you are pretty much gone.
Great brakes on the RS.

Spun out first lap at the chicane but after that settled down. Like any active F1 track was butter smooth. Had no trouble at Eau Rouge but was warned that the exit is the tricky part. The car unloads at the top of the hill massively and if you are off line at speed you risk shooting off to the right. This was in my 7.1RS. Amazing and unforgettable.

Definitely not planning to to any 991.2 RS ..it will be better of course, but not so different as the current car. I had the 7.1 and 7.2 concurrently and the 7.2 was the better car, no doubt. Still. they had more similarities than differences.
I will wait for the 992 and see how it evolves. Probably six years before a 992 RS though. Will keep both my present RS indefinitely . There are only 24 hours in a day and no rush to have more cars that can only be used six months a year. Right now the more momentous decision is how to replace the Smart. No Euro delivery there.
They are NOT the best cars in the world for sure. There are other cars that have different characteristics that people would prefer. It is just a personal subjective liking on my part and there are excellent arguments for the GT4, Turbo, 991R and so on. All valid.

A friend of mine has a Smart Car and a Boxster and I used to tell him "You are a very successful Lawyer, a 2 seater Mercedes for the week and a Porsche for the Weekend"
The GT3's are very interesting pieces of engineering and every new generation only gets better, I wounder when they reach a moment that they cannot make it faster (for any super car too) Did we reach 70% of the limit? Now with the hybrid technology and new developments with the Turbos (more power and better fuel economy) is going to be interesting to see the upcoming years. I also think the gas engine still has a lot of room for improvement.
I now I will own my 1st Porsche one day, I just don't know exactly when but seems to be closer. My passion for Porsche's started in 1998, I was walking home from school and a 993 Turbo drove past me, it's a image still very clear in my mind (and also the sound) more than the face of my first girlfriend and when the Carrera GT released I drove 35kms (one way) 3 nights in a row to see it expose in a Porsche Dealership.
