Entertaining race. Awesome start by Vettle.
Although I'd like to see refueling again in the pits as well.
Liking the Martini Racing colors of team Williams too.

They are close to Mercedes but just not 100% there yet, maybe 97% there
Agree 100%

The start was intense. F1 needs 1 more team to make it more exciting. Hope williams or mclaren can catch up

I somehow doubt that McLaren will bounce back this season but Williams might be more successful. Amazing to see how far McLaren has fallen.

Since they lost the mercedes engine, they stopped being competitive

What I saw was a race where Ferrari on Supersofts could not put distance on Mercedes using Mediums. Uhhh... Ya... Ferrari are not as close as it looks IMHO.

(FYI - I am a Ferrari fan)

Valid point that I have to agree with.

I agree re Vettel completely. I would not completely rule out Ferrari as it is a bit early to tell who they will run on the intermediates. I would hope to see them more competitive, and certainly Vettel is a great driver to watch, better than when he was in the best car at Red Bull. There were lots of naysayers that it was more about the car than the driver in those days. I think he was proven them wrong.

You can see Vettel taking out of the car what Alonso couldnt do it. I prefer a bad car in a good driver's hand than a good car with Schummy for 7 years...

No competition is boring...

They have a schedule of what compounds are scheduled to be used at each track.
http://www.gpupdate.net/en/f1-news/3...aco-compounds/
The testing days were too short and the weather not ideal to make conclusions. I think the biggest questions are weather the Ferrari chassis can switch on the Medium compounds and weather Mercedes can make the Ultra & Super Soft tires last long enough to cover Ferrari at tracks where the Ultra, Super & Soft tires are used.
