Anyone know this 997TT? Toronto

It's high miles, but clean CarProof. It's been for sale 9 months. 2 owners, but no service history.
I would PPI it at EU Autoworks.
Not sure I can pull the trigger now but was thinking in a few months...
it's everything I want.

great exterior colour, not great interior colour, pdk brings value down, miles a little high, certified warranty available (lol). there are some very shady dealers in that area...be careful. Otherwise could be a good car.
good luck! you can lease it for 4.99% and pay it off in a few months when have the dorayme!

I've drive stick and tip 997 cars, and dont mind the tip as this will be the commuter. 1st gear vanishes in a 997.1 anyway for the 6spd i've found.
my 6spd fcar is for the fun drives.
my main concern is the reputability of this dealer and if they could be putting a fast one by me (fake carproof? is that possible?). Anyone heard of them?
PPIs don't catch everything.
Yes thought about leasing it and paying it off. NOt there yet mentally.

I went to check out that car briefly before in the summer as well, but decided to go with a C2S for price reasons. It was 66k at the time, then went to 60 in fall, but now back at 62k. I find these guys are pretty firm with pricing.

Yeah I google'd and saw the yelp stuff. I wouldn't send a deposit and they are open to PPI. I would close the deal in person.
Mike, how'd the car look? how'd it drive? Any obvious issues?
US car doesn't mean much to me..should it?

Buy from a reputable high end car dealer . That's the best advice .

The paint and interior wasn't perfect, but it was decent. At that price point and it being a US car, it's kind of expected. Again, that was my impression 6 months ago.
I didn't get to drive it because it was in the middle of the showroom and maybe 4 cars in front of it. So I can't say anything about that at all.
It being an American just means you'll most likely sell it in Canada for cheaper than a comparable CDN car. But since you buy it at a slight discount, it should kinda be a moot point. But you can flip it to the US at market US prices.
