damn you for bumping this thread!!!
Not having a bike (or a bike license) here in BC is killing me! I moved before I was able to get a full license in ON, and BC doesnt recognize or credit any license short of full. So back to scratch I go.
But I'm itching so badly for a bike. All the time! I see a guy ripping around on a KTM 690 SMC supermoto and I must have. Then I see an 899 and I must have that too.
But then I look around at all the incompetent drivers in Vancouver and second guess. They're way worse than Toronto. TO drivers are aggressive, Vancouver drivers mistake the gas pedal for the brake and signal in all the wrong ways and can't read street signs

I do use a toothbrush and 1 inch paintbrush to keep both my motorcycles and 993 mint clean.
Who do you think got the bottom of my late friend Doug Smyth's 993 C2S that clean. Specialty cleaner help as well time and passion.

My Dyna (Street Bob) at Biketoberfest.
We avoided I95 and the Turnpike, instead coming up inland around Lake O and then cutting over (the Desert Inn in Yeehaw Junction was our lunch spot - highly recommended if only for the scenic value). On the way home, we took US1 all the way south. It was a blast and we made great time (70-ish average) until we got into Palm Beach County.

Started on a Kawi 440. Went to a Kawi Vulcan 750. Got married and the wife forbid it.Dumped the ball and chain and two years ago got a Nija ZX11... my fist sport bike. Very impressed with the comfort even on long rides. I will never be without a bike again....
