I ordered mine from either pelican parts or ECS tuning but it was a few years ago when the currency was pretty much par.
EBAY or Amazon is probably your best bet.

It's around $50 USD for the upper cubby. I am thinking of getting it too

After looking at your pic more closely, your shelf is for the bottom so in order to add the shelf to the upper side of the HVAC, you will need to order a new upper shelf. The good news is they aren't expensive at all.
