It's around $50 USD for the upper cubby. I am thinking of getting it too
You can do it yourself - literally takes 5 mins. The CD holder pops off on one side and just pull it out and put the shelf in it's place.
Just google it.
After looking at your pic more closely, your shelf is for the bottom so in order to add the shelf to the upper side of the HVAC, you will need to order a new upper shelf. The good news is they aren't expensive at all.
