For a car that is a few cases of wine away from a million dollars - you would think that an on board H3R system would be included with outputs in the engine bay and under the dash with sensors and manual user access?

oh im sure there is ... if attended and the shutoff didn't work im sure you would get a pretty good splillover still... I am not saying this because i'm cheap and have tried to fill right to the brim .
