Hi Guys,
I need a reference for a new car broker. I'm trying to help out a dear friend who lost her husband suddenly at age 42 to get rid of her 2 vehicles and get in a new Mazda 5 that she wants.
We went through the exercise of trying to negotiate our own deal with Laggat Mazda in Burlington, but the experience turned to be very painful for her given her emotional state and the usual pathetic and stupid games that dealer plays. A complete waste of our time.
I also dont have time to be running around and completely wasting my time on manager's games and driving back and forth 2 cars, so I'm looking for a reference for someone that can get us a good deal on the car and negotiate a fair deal on the trade ins without my friend going through that experience.
I appreciate the help and thanks;

I can get her something through the auction and take her car on trade. Trade-in value is whatever it brings at the auction. Probably not going to be much better than what the dealer offered, but at least there are no games. If you want, pm me the VIN (or year, make, model and trim level) and mileage and I can give you an estimate of what it'll bring.
I feel for her...
It took me two weeks, numerous calls and on-site visits and two Audi dealers to finally buy my car. First dealer was told to get bent...literally! You should have seen the look on the face of the Sales Manager when I told him to pull his finger out of his....
The games these dealers play...!!!

The 2 vehicles are fully loaded, AWD, highest spec available for both models, both around 120K on the clock.
1. 2009 Mazda CX7 GT, white
2. 2007 Mazda CX9 GT, dark blue
