A few people have asked me to put together a more comprehensive guide to Route 66, so here it is. It is now in sequence from East to West. Many miles in the Cayenne

CA now added,but not complete pending next trip. No book contemplated

There will be a serious rewrite of the CA section. It is pretty lonely in part of it,but once you get in past San Bernardino there is a lot to see. I have been there before, but never photographed out, or even stopped...

I have worked a few weeks in Seligman and Kingman AZ, staying on route 66.
They really are like the old times.
