Thumbs up

+1 for Oakville. Exceptional customer service and care.
It's about time for someone to dethrone the Pfaff king.
Do they train their support staff to be a-holes?

Man, I have a hard time with jerks like that. First, compains, how many complains the Pfaff has about that guy and he still is there? And how come someone can be arrogant when they work in parts section, I am a blue color worker and I know my place they can't be arrogant. And about parking with a Jetta one thing I learn is to never judge a book by its cover.

I've only ordered parts twice from Pfaff Woodbridge - both times the experience was professional and positive; and both times I dealt with Brad Sinclair. The last time, Brad left my parts with Reception so that I could pick them up late (a UCR Social was held there).

I have bought parts countless times from Pfaff via Brad Sinclair and the service has always been fast, accurate and professional.

Obviously there have been different experiences for some others, and perhaps there is someone on the team who should be replaced. The service described sounds quite inferior and certainly not at all like what I have experienced.

Yes, what I think we all know is that it only takes one apple to spoil the cart. During my employ at Pfaff I met more dedicated and sincere company folks than any other facility I've served in my over 30 years to the industry. I know that many of the Pfaff staff I knew would be vehemently disappointed to hear this review no matter what department it targeted.

No, those days are long gone. Just a quick notation in support of the people I knew then. Things may have changed. ...I'm sure they'll be aware of this thread by Monday.

Porsche London and Brad do a fine job. Pricing is competitive for OEM parts and even parts from the fatherland arrive in a timely manner.

whatever 'rep.' I have, cannot endorse Brad @London enough, deserves to run the place. I deal with parts from 'everywhere', have no affiliation.
Doesn't matter where in Ontario/Canada you live, give him a call/email; prices very fair, service==if he leaves so do I.....
