I think I've seen that car on autotrader for years. They've always priced it too high though now it looks like they want it to move. Segal does seem to keep only the best in inventory and they are priced a lot higher because the car's in great shape.

Segal typically does not move much off their listed price, for what that's worth.

Prices having been going up on these since a lot of people took notice at what a best bang for the buck car it was. That and also this car is also a very nice example with low km. I doubt that it even has been modded which is what some people look for and pay more to have an unmolested Canadian car.

The properly maintained 996TTs will be fetching high 40's minimum depending on mileage in Canada. X50's and Turbo S will be in the 50's....

The pricing for these cars are just all over the place...at the end of the day it's what the buyers willing to pay....just don't buy the cheapest one you can find because of the price....my 0.02 cents.
Enjoy the hunt...

There is one at the Nissan dealer in Newmarket if you didn't already know.
I haven't looked at it but the blue colour is very nice.

^ I did not know. thanks for the heads up. Though its way out of my way.

I like the segal car I posted. Just not quite there on his pricing for me. Appreciate everyones input.

edit: just called the nissan dealer. it sold. lol I imagine it was a good price. These things dont last if priced appropriately.* I didnt get all the details as the manager wasnt there.

edit 2. was it this car?

that pricing and mileage seem pretty good to me.

The dark grey at Segal is a really nice color in person....something to think about.

I bought from Segal a few years ago and I can definitely say that he won't move much in price, however he usually only carries the best and he is honest and straightforward to deal with.

My father picked up his 996 C4S from Segal a few years ago - at the time, he could have picked up a 993 C4S for the same price - but he preferred the 996...

In any event, they were great to deal with - he picked up a '03 with 19,000km - impeccable car and a full history.

I believe Segal will have a few Porsches at the Classic Car Auction at the International Center in April.
