Well the reality is he is doing nothing technically wrong ... he is not advertising , or spamming , or being rude or even using foul language so reporting a post is actually not the right thing to do . ( cant believe i am saying that ) .
he is however incredibly irritating .. i mean i TRY to be irritating and am not nearly as good as this guy .
Hopefully he will just get our Ralley Guys message and just slowly fade away to a Honda forum or something.


BTW im up for and get together tomorrow night just to get out for dinner if anyone is in . Due to personal issues its been a while since i haev seen you guys and might be nice to get out . ( PS i wont have my Kidneys with me so dont even think about it ) .

It's across the street from me so I can walk.
I'm gonna be at the car show Friday if anyone's going.

 

Yeah - for me it's the name thing for sure - but the volume of non-porsche stuff is annoying too. I actually identify with a lot of the stuff he's talked about - but it's not suitable content for a Porsche forum. There are lots of rally sites to go chat about rallying. I don't post stuff about my Porsches there - and I don't mention Ferrari stuff here. Or audio stuff - or drumming stuff. Vertical forums are just that - and too much OT chatter poisons the well. That, combined with the odd habit of not actually REPLYING to posts heightens the troll factor for me.

If his handle was something utterly unique - I might not be so vocal - but it would still warrent addressing - since it clutters up the forum. The moniker confusion tips the scale for me - not sure what the nettiquette is on this matter - but again - hoping the Mods hop in and sort this out.

I've been following all of this and have not posted because I didn't want to feed him .....
He puts the same posts up at Maxbimmer, so who knows how many other places he does it.
My guess is he is a 12 year old girl that having fun with everyone on the net.
