Great news! It actually does! Man, If I knew, I'd just had gotten 3 instead of 4 rims so save some $$$.

Joking aside, the spare is pathetic looking. I took off that rashed wheel and running on my 19" winter wheel ATM.

Will they be willing to do it if you sign something that says you won't hold them accountable if it does peel? Seems like that's your cheapest option. I bet they can match it well enough so that no one would notice unless you are entering into Concourse competitions. Then, if it truly does not hold up, bite the bullet and get a new rim.

(would have like a few more eye candy shots of the car)

There alway the option to dive it as is. It's not like the World is coming to an end with that little damage.

its almost impossible for wheel shop to match oem paint wheel finish. ive never seen it match 100% ever; which is why they always recommend refinishing 2; if not all 4.

Good news! I took my rim to Union Rim repair two days ago. They did the partial touch up, and the damage is barely noticeable now. John did a really great job!

I will take some pics tomorrow.

Thanks all again for your advice!

I like the winter wheel design better. Is it Mulliner driving spec?

Hi Sharpman,

The winter wheel is Mulliner but the car is not. I didn't know about benefits of Mulliner until I started to hang around at the 6speed Bentley forum.

The Mulliner spec is definitely much better with nice stitching and awesome gear ****.
