Well done!

I see that the cat gets to hang out in the man cave.

4200 not including the garage, rotunda or unfinished space that is below grade.

Whenever I see a place like this and think about what we have invested in a 3,500 sq ft 65 X 116 lot in Oakville, it makes me want to move!!!

Greg, the house turned out just awesome. Hope you and your family will enjoy it for years in good health.
I am guessing you have in floor drains in the garage? Is there another level under the garage? If not, how did you address potential of drain freezing underground?

No level under it, just ties into the foundations weeping tile system, below therma frost level.

Thanks Greg. My single car garage already sucked. Now I have garage shame.

We'll done. It is tremendous.

Spring clean up. This much sand about 1 1/4 15 gal bucket collected over the winter on my dd. Man do they use a lot of sand here, it's the reason I don't drive the 911's. They would have a ton of extra weight added unto the bottom in all the crevices underneath.

Some updates, pics taken before the spring clean up of all dirt under the DD.

Added the computer system, now I can look up stuff, cruise rennlist or play vids from the internet to the big screen. Also the air tools.

I love your garage Greg, the amount of space is fantastic, nothing feels cluttered and you're never having to shimmy around things! Well done.
