Default Looking for a strunning cottage only 90 minutes from Toronto

A good friend of mine is selling his stunning 5,000 square foot custom designed and built cottage on Georgian Bay. I believe the asking price is just shy of $1.5M.

You hit the nail on the head. The home is a typical Danfourth century home that is nowhere near the size of the cottage. He built the cottage purposely large so that on weekends he and his family could expand and not feel so claustrophobic.

Feel free to share this video with anyone you know who might be looking for an "ultimate" cottage.
